Founded by two leisure professionals in Lichtenstein in 1985 as OVERSEAS LEISURE, its name transitioned through DREAMGATE UK, now solely owned by Michael Denning who works with experienced associates as required it has become MICHAEL F. DENNING & associates and is UK based. With almost 40 years international experience in leisure consultancy, involvement in development and operational management of major Shopping Centre, Family Entertainment [FEC], Visitor Centre, and Amusement Park projects throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East and South America. In line with current trends, and under Michael Denning’s leadership they are true Ecological Imagineers….

About Michael Denning......
He was born in the United Kingdom [UK] where he benefited from a Private Education. His early career was in London's West End [theatre management] and later he was responsible for major circuses and ice shows touring the UK and worldwide. He was approached by the Government of Abu Dhabi to set management systems and then operate 85 hectare theme park - Hili Fun City Al Ain, the very first major theme park in the UAE and subsequently approached again to become Senior Vice President at the 500,000 sqm Mega Mall, Seacon Square, Thailand.
Whilst specializing in the Leisure & Retail industries, we undertake all Imagineering & project concept development services.

SEACON SQUARE Mega mall - Bangkok – Thailand. At the time the world's third largest Mall at 500,000 SQM, comprising 500 retail outlets, 4 Major ‘Anchor' Tenants, 29,000 SQM indoor Theme Park, 14 Cinemas, 2,000 seat Food Court, 32 lane Bowling Alley, Major live show venues, Indoor parking for 6,000 cars].
This was a major involvement of 5 years subsequently, then spent a further year at the project, handing over to Thai management and a further year as Management Consultant
SEACON BANGKAE FEC AT a MEGA MALL - BANGKOK – Thailand
Foot Note; Following up from Seacon Square works, invited back as VP to set up and operate a major FEC, and for the whole mall, set up SAFETY and BUILDING OPERATION policies and procedures, also ‘I Want To Be’ Imagineering set up and Operation.
HILI FUN CITY 85-hectare theme park in Al Ain United Arab Emirates that includes an Olympic sized ice rink.
This was the very first major theme park in the U.A.E. Direct employment of Michael Denning Term 10 years, Conceptualizing, planning, organization and staging of the Annual Al Ain Festival, with over 200 artists and performers from up to 20 countries, this event attracted over 370,000 visitors in a 20-day period. Also he was a member of Al Ain Municipality Tourism Development Board, set up to study the feasibility promoting Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as a major tourist destination resort.
